Our Product Range Includes:-
Gate, Globe, Check Valve, Ball Valve, Butterfly Valve, Knife Edge Valve, Forged Steel Valve, Wafer, Non slam & Dual Plate Check Valves in all sizes (i.e. from ½” to 800mm), class rating (PN 10, PN16, 150# to 1500#) and materials to suit customer requirements like Cast Iron, Cast Steel, Stainless Steel, Alloy Steel, Duplex Steel, Gun Metal etc.
Our products fully comply with ASTM, ANSI, API, BS, IS, AWWA & DIN Standards. Company has the in house facilities which includes valve machining, assembling, Testing, Design, manufacturing. We have all the required manufacturing, material handling and testing equipments.
We trust our ability & we will be able to serve you better by supplying quality valves at moderate rates. We can offer Ex- Stock Delivery for Valves up to 24” size for shut down requirements. -
Quality Control & Inspection:-
Quality control & inspection strict quality control is maintained at every stage of manufacturing. Investment castings are of radiographic quality and chemical composition, physical properties and heat treatment standard laid down by the american society of testing materials. Radiographic inspection is carried out as per the requirements. The system of stage wise inspection of various components for dimensions & other properties are followed strictly & records maintained.
