“IVM ENGINEERING” is founded by I.M. NARMAWALA – B.E. Mechanical, the most known and a pioneer of Valve Industry in India. He had founded Valve Industry twenty years ago in Ahmedabad, India. His technical knowledge was appreciated by many leaders in the respective field as well as Valve users. In the long duration of Valve design and production, he had gained profound knowledge in Metallurgy and Foundry Technology. Due to his in-depth expertise in metallurgy, he had also developed Valves of numerous specialty Alloy Steels such as Duplex and Super Duplex Steel, Cast alloy, Ni-Cr-Mo Alloys of different grades and all Austenitic Stainless Steels in India.

We are producing diverse range of industrial valves for Air, Water, Stem, Oil & Stem services to cater the various industries like Oil, Gas, Refineries, Chemical, Power, & Pipeline Industries.
Our product line consists of: Gate, Globe, Check Valve, Ball Valve, Butterfly Valve, Knife Edge Valve, Air Valve, Forged Steel Valve, Strainer, Non slam & Dual Plate Check Valves, Pneumatic & Electrical actuator operated Ball valve & Butterfly valves, Pneumatic cylinders, Solenoid valves, Motorized Gate & Globe valves in all sizes (i.e. from ½” to 800mm), class rating (PN 10, PN16, 150# to 2500#) and materials as per customer needs such as Cast Iron, Cast Steel, Stainless Steel, Alloy Steel, Duplex Steel, Gun Metal etc.
Our products are in complete accordance with ASTM, ANSI, API, BS, IS, AWWA & DIN Standards.
Company has in house facilities like valve machining, assembling, Testing, Design & manufacturing equipment.
We assure quality product starting from Raw material, i.e. Casting, Round Bar, Forging, Nut Bolt, Gasket etc.
After receipt of Raw material is issued to the machining shop. Body, Bonnet, Ball, Disc, Spindle, Seat etc. Body parts are machines & checked by Vernier callipers or micrometres.
After that it’s been taken for Assembly, Lapping & Testing. If no leakage is observed, as per the relevant standards, it is sent to the finishing department.
After painting, final inspection is done by our Quality Assurance Department / Third Party Inspection Agency.
All the valves are covered with polythene bags and placed into wooden case, with a bed of grass for non-damage of valves. It is then covered and nailed with a packing note along with user manual / maintenance guidelines for the dispatch department.
